Do you know how to come up with creative ideas for clients?We're looking for someone like that who can:Lead all phases of the deal process including due diligence, financial modelling, drafting internal credit memos, rating agency and investor presentations.Assess and analyze credit risk as the 1st line of defense and present recommendations to the credit committee.Lead client negotiations, Q&A process and management interviews.Support syndication efforts of credit transactions to market.Work with internal partners in credit risk control in assessing risk positions.Review and manage junior workstreams across the deal cycle from origination/initial pitch through to marketing/execution of the opportunity.Support efforts of senior investment bankers in the origination of opportunities across the Corporate and Private Equity landscape.Liaise with other internal and external parties on transactions (e.g., lawyers, accountants, counterparties).Manage and support the development of junior investment bankers.Detailed Salary Information by city(ies):New York: the salary range for this role is $275,000 to $275,000.The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Our team is responsible for originating, underwriting and syndicating debt transactions for corporate and sponsor clients. You'll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters, including assessment of capital structure alternatives and financing options.Your ExpertiseGood understanding and hands-on exposure to assessing credit risk.Ideally, you have experience working within credit risk control or leverage finance in investment banking.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly.Ability to partner with other groups across the bank.About UsUBS is the world's largest and only truly global wealth manager.
