Our client, a boutique investment bank, is looking to bring an experienced Investment Banking Analyst/Associate to join their firm. You will assist in executing capital raising and M&A transactions for clients across diverse sectors and be responsible for financial modeling, preparing pitch books, conducting industry research, and managing transaction processes. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This local boutique is based in Salt Lake City and while they prefer someone to be local, they are open to remote candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed financial analyses and models
• Conduct market and industry research
• Develop presentations for clients and investors
• Assist in transaction execution and due diligence

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
