Responsibilities:

• Transaction Execution: Assist in M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory projects, coordinating with stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and valuation, including DCF and comparable company analysis.
• Research: Perform market and industry research to inform client presentations and pitches.
• Client Support: Support senior bankers in managing client relationships, preparing presentations, and analyzing financials.
• Team Collaboration: Guide analysts, ensuring high-quality work on modeling, research, and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• Experience: 2-4 years in investment banking.
• Skills: Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and market research tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
• Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication and attention to detail.
