Currently seeking a motivated and talented Investment Banking Associate to join the dynamic their Generalist team.

Position Overview:

As a Generalist Investment Banking Associate with focus on the Industrials sector, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting financial analyses, and delivering high-quality presentations to clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including M&A, debt and equity financing, and strategic advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior team members to manage the execution of M&A deals and advisory projects.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including valuation modeling, financial forecasting, and due diligence.
  • Prepare pitch materials, presentations, and comprehensive financial reports to convey strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of offering memorandums and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update financial models and databases to reflect current market conditions and company performance.
  • Conduct industry research to identify trends, potential investment opportunities, and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, ideally with a focus on the Industrials sector.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software and databases is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when required.
