Job Description:
As an Investment Banking Deal Services Relationship Parther within J.P. Morgan, you will collaborate with the Global Investment Bank (GIB) and Global Corporate Bank (GCB) Product and Coverage teams. Your role will involve supporting the execution of Investment and Corporate Banking transactions across various sectors such as Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Lending. You will be responsible for managing key milestones in the deal lifecycle, assisting in audit/regulatory reviews, and resolving control issues. Additionally, you will attend meetings with Bankers to manage deal pipelines proactively, identify opportunities, and address potential roadblocks.Job Responsibilities: Primary point of contact for bankers to coordinate & complete key transactional tasks Facilitate operational client and business queriesPartner with coverage and product bankers, Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) Client Office and Compliance teams in region to meet local or product specific KYC and AML requirements for Clients and transactions. Coordinate the launch and progress of KYC processParticipate in bankers regional meetings to proactively identify operational opportunities or roadblocksMonitor deal controls to ensure milestones are met & achieved in a timely mannerParticipate in global process enhancementsCoordinate collection of non-KYC regulatory documentation during transaction executionConduct analysis and dispositioning of Sanctions, Anti-Corruption, Environmental and Social risks on clients and transactionsManage individual contributors acting as a Team Lead on specific industries under your remitDrive stakeholder agenda with the industry groups under your coverageRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Commercial mindset; drives business results through leadership, people, communication and influenceStrong problem solving, collaboration, and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authorityExperience in leading teams with a proven track record of driving value for the businessDirect people leadership experience required; experience managing both individual contributors and managers preferredComfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict and informed risk takingWillingness to make decisions, while ensuring buy-in from stakeholdersExcellent organizational skills - attention to detail, methodical, process drivenOutstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsHighly motivated and eager to roll up your sleeves to make things happenAble to review/analyze existing processes and recommend improvements - push the status quo and are able to strategize, plan and execute on new visionPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Bachelor's degree or higher; minimum 6 years of prior work experience preferred with a background in sales/client service and project management a plusPrevious experience and sound knowledge of investment and corporate banking products (Acquisition and Leveraged Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, and Lending) A track record in managing ambitious strategic and operationally complex projects with competing priorities delivered by cross-functional teamsTrack record of successfully managing large/diverse teams Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.Please note this role is not eligible for employer immigration sponsorshipJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
