Job Title: Investment Banking, Vice President
Reports to: Head of Investment Banking

Location: New York
Salary Range: $250,000The Vice President will be a key member of an experienced team building a world-class investment banking practice focused on healthcare services and technology companies. The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of originating, structuring, and executing financings and M&A transactions for clients across all sectors. This position offers direct client CEO and CFO contact with significant responsibility and opportunity for advancement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on a healthcare investment banking team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead all aspects of execution and origination of investment banking transactions
- Prepare and participate in the delivery of client presentations to boards, management teams and investors
- Perform and supervise the preparation of valuation and strategic analyses of clients and targets
- Perform due diligence investigations
Experience and Qualifications Required:- Healthcare Investment Banking preferred; Minimum of 5 years in investment banking in M&A or corporate finance
- Exemplary academic record; MBA, MD is a plus
- Strong technical skills including advanced financial modeling, financial analysis and market research
- Strong organizational and communication skills including business writing and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, energetic, personable and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, meritocratic work environment
