The Investment Banking Vice President will be responsible for:
Leading and managing M&A transactions through all stages, including sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and execution.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrials sector.Providing strategic guidance and insights to clients, leveraging your expertise in the market.Mentoring and training junior associates, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the team.Overseeing the preparation of financial models, presentations, and marketing materials for clients.Staying informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the industrials sector.The Investment Banking Vice President should have:
