Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on investment management and fund formation matters, including structuring and organizing investment funds.Draft and review fund formation documents, including private placement memoranda, limited partnership agreements, and subscription agreements.Manage client relationships and provide strategic advice on fund operations and regulatory compliance.Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.Conduct legal research and analysis on investment funds regulations and industry trends.Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and potential investors regarding fund structures and opportunities.Requirements:
