Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a highly qualified midlevel associate with 3-5 years of experience in investment adviser regulatory matters to join their Investment Management – Financial Institutions practice group in New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and other federal securities laws, and a background in counseling top-tier investment management firms on various regulatory matters. Strong academic credentials, excellent organizational, drafting, communication, and analytical skills are required.
