Compensation: $110,000-125,000 base + bonus
We are representing an Investor Relations opportunity with a well-established Hedge Fund. The firm has been around for over 20 years and has approximately $3 billion in AUM. This hire will work in office on a hybrid schedule.
This individual will support the team's Capital Development, Investor Engagement, and Client Service initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Create and coordinate investor content including, investor meeting presentations, marketing and branding materials, quarterly fund investor letters, Annual meeting presentations, and quarterly presentations
• Monitor Investor Relations inbox and respond promptly to investor questions/requests
• Complete Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Request For Proposals (RFPs)
• Oversee team's use of the firm's CRM
• Create prep sheets for the portfolio managers and research analysts ahead of any client meetings
• Assist with meeting follow-ups and investor research ahead of upcoming meetings
• Work collaboratively with the firm's investment professionals, operations team, and external counterparties to respond to investor requests
