THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As an Invoice Analyst, you will be responsible for auditing agency, vendor, and grantee invoices to insure that each transaction is processed in accordance with the legal and administrative requirements set forth in the relevant procedure manuals, the Administration Code, the Field Procurement Handbook, the physical and behavioral health MCO contract requirements, state plan amendments, and all applicable management directives. Diligent attention to detail is exercised to accurately input invoice data and make determinations on whether invoices are approved or rejected. You will also p repare or assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as a result of analysis, review, and studies performed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment
+ Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
+ Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, with occasional in-office days when work dictates such requirements. Please keep in mind that while this is a full-time telework position, that can change at any time at the Governor's discretion. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
+ Two years of experience conducting financial reviews of documents for compliance with federal and state laws, rules and regulations; and a bachelor's degree including fifteen credits in finance, business, accounting or closely related field; or
+ An equivalent combination of experience and training, which includes fifteen credits in finance, business, accounting or closely related field.
Additional Requirements:
+ You must have at least o ne year of experience using Microsoft Excel.
+ You must have at least one year of experience with Accounts Payable.
+ You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
+ Experience with Microsoft Excel Pivot Table
