Do you have excellent data entry skills? Have you had to work in a role with high level attention to detail? We are seeking a candidate with 1+ year of office experience. Accurate and quick data entry skills will be needed in order to efficiently process email requests for orders and input data from invoices into Oracle. This is a 4-6 month contract role that could potentially convert to permanent employment if the role is approved for headcount in 2025. It's a PART-TIME (20-25 hours/week) role. Hybrid schedule after training which will allow for 2 days on site at their office in Fenton, 3 days per week can be worked remotely. Submit and respond to customer inquiries via email
Data entry of invoices into Oracle
100% accuracy on entry of work orders, invoices and scheduling requests into multiple systems
Respond to customer and team requests via email
Reporting and manipulation of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
