Job Description:
In-Office PositionThe Invoicing Specialist is responsible for various accounting and operational support functions primarily focusing on client invoicing.
  • Prepare and submit T&M invoices, Unit price/ lump sum contract
  • Perform contract related job and client set ups in the ERP system
  • Verify invoices are processed once submitted in client's system.
  • Verify timesheet accuracy based on contract requirements.
  • Working with others in payroll, operations, and other departments.
  • Performing any other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Associates Degree in Accounting or related field required and/or minimum of 1-3 years of Accounting experience
  • High level of detail orientation with excellent follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and re-prioritize at a moment s notice
  • Ability to analyze reports for accuracy and prepare basic statements
  • Friendly with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:
