Organize content intostructured modules, with practical applications like case studies and projects.Use an LMS (Moodle) to engage participants through discussion forums, andregular assignments with feedback. Ensure accessibility and continuouslyimproving the course by analyzing participation data and feedback, updatingcontent regularly, and staying informed on best practices in online teachingand the subject taught.Minimum Qualifications: Required:
- Previous experience teaching in a hybrid and/or fully online classroom at the collegiate level is required for ALL ION classes.
- Experience leveraging educational technology tools and learning management systems is required for all ION Technology courses. All CAPE faculty must be subject matter experts in the field for which they will be hired.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching (minimum of 3 years) and/or administering (minimum of 2 years) in online programs in a higher education setting.
- Must be a subject matter expert in the area for which you are applying.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver content that is student-centered and actively engages students with diverse interests and needs.
- Knowledge of career, professional development, experiential learning, workplace trends, and/or service-learning best practices.
Preferred:
- Master's degree
- Additional certifications/credentials held in the area for which you are applying.
