Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of IP litigation, including trial preparation and court appearances
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies for their IP issues
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues related to IP law
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in intellectual property law
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IP litigation or related areas
- Strong understanding of patent law and related legal principles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Nebraska
