Present a professional attitude and appearance, greet all members in a courteous manner, and use member's name during all interactions. Concentrate efforts to achieve both individual and organizational goals as set by Management and the Board of Directors. Maintain working knowledge of: Traditional, Roth and Education IRAs, as well as Health Savings Accounts; possess ability to explain plan comparisons and benefits of each. Plan establishment requirements required documentation for each plan type and incorporate requirements of subsequent amendments. Eligibility requirements the differences of each plan type. Maintain knowledge of system capabilities and efficiencies to maximize an automated process. Handle all rollover and transfers, both incoming and outgoing, and maintain knowledge of methods of moving assets and handling employer plan payouts.
