If so, please consider applying for this oil rig welding position today!YOUR LIFE AS AN IRONWORKER - ROUSTABOUT FOREMANThis oilfield welder position works a typical full-time schedule and may require nights and weekends.As an Ironworker - Roustabout Foreman, you ensure the completion of field tasks while supervising roustabout laborers. Daily, you prepare job orders, process job safety analyses (JSAs), and maintain required permits. You perform site maintenance and construction including wellhead tie-ins, fence builds, tank and vessel clean-ups, and other miscellaneous work. Safely and proficiently, you operate backhoes, skid-steer loaders, and other heavy machinery. Using your knowledge and experience, you install and repair valves, pumps, and motors.You maintain communication with supervisors and company representatives. Focused on order and efficiency, you maintain a clean work environment. Since most of your oil rig welding work is performed outdoors, you stay prepared to work in all weather conditions. You find great satisfaction in performing hands-on work within a leadership position and seeing your laborers take pride in their work!WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU2+ years of oil and gas experienceExperience in leadership rolesAbility to lift 75+ lbs.A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Also, a Class A CDL (commercial driver's license) is preferred.
