Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve efficiency and quality in ironwork and electrical systems.5. Provide hands-on assistance in ironwork and electrical tasks as needed.6. Conduct training and workshops for construction teams to enhance their skills and knowledge in ironwork and electrical systems.7. Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.8. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the construction industry, particularly in the areas of ironwork and electrical systems.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on ironwork and electrical systems.2. Proven experience as an Ironworker and Electrician in commercial construction projects.3. In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to work in a team and coordinate with various construction professionals.7. Proficient in using various tools and equipment used in ironwork and electrical tasks.8. Strong physical stamina and ability to work in challenging conditions.9.
