When you join us as a IS Field Support Specialist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

  • Through collaboration with vendors, procurement staff and operational leadership, assess functional needs of the business in relation to hardware and software standards.
  • Participates in workflow analysis, design, configuration, evaluation, testing, implementation, training, end-user support, and ancillary clinical systems.
  • Act as liaison between IT and Branch Sites/Offices for various Information Systems and Operational projects and evolutions
  • Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in other IT teams such as Clinical Applications, IS Admins, and Infrastructure to resolve user issues.
  • Monitor and complete all support and project related tasks and activities.
  • Utilize industry best practices to maintain appropriate level of LAN/WAN and computer systems security as established

  • Genuinely passionate about new technologies and remain current on new tools; assist with evaluation and in making recommendations as necessary to continuously improve efficiency of software development process.
  • Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, while working in close partnership with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

  • Previous IT experience required
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) preferred
  • CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
  • Experience in clinical systems implementation preferred
Pay Range:USD $60,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.Shift:MorningsShift Variations:Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
