Job TitleISSM/Program ManagerLocation1800 F STREET DCJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager with experience in Information Systems Security Management (ISSM) to oversee cybersecurity and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day project management, ensuring the successful execution of cybersecurity and SCRM initiatives, and managing the contractor staff to meet program objectives.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day project management and oversight of all cybersecurity and SCRM-related activities, ensuring the program meets its objectives.Manage staff activities and performance, offering guidance and support to ensure optimal project execution.Support program planning, project reporting, and facilitate internal and external meetings.Assist in Risk Management, including Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) activities, maintaining Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and developing Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) processes for IT systems.Conduct analysis, collection, and reporting of performance metrics and best practices, and maintain relevant resources for departments and agencies.Provide specialized analytic and professional program management services, particularly related to cybersecurity, information assurance, and SCRM.Manage operations, administrative support, ATO, and continuous monitoring processes.Develop and implement strategies for continuous monitoring, risk mitigation, and improvement of program performance.Work with cybersecurity and SCRM tools to manage and mitigate risk effectively.Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to promote cybersecurity and SCRM efforts and facilitate interagency information sharing.RequirementsRequired Qualifications:8+ years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, information assurance, or SCRM.Proven experience with continuous monitoring, A&A processes, and managing POA&M for IT systems.Proficient in using Google Apps, Microsoft products, and other IT services as required.Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working within government agencies or with federal contracts, particularly within the Department of Defense (DoD) or civilian government.Familiarity with policies, directives, and mandates related to cybersecurity and SCRM, including NIST and FISMA requirements.Education:Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferredCityWashingtonStateDistrict Of ColumbiaEEO Statement
