Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Answers phones and coordinating calendars, including meetings, conferences and appointments, on behalf of the IT DepartmentOperates independently and collaboratively with other team members to make decisions on prioritiesUses tact, sound judgment and confidentiality in performing responsibilitiesManage reimbursement requests and consumable supply levelsManage ordering, tracking, receipt, fielding of all IT assetsCoordinate complex travel arrangementsAssist when appropriate in preparation and drafting of documents and presentationsProvide personal assistance on various projects and activitiesPrioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneouslyAdditional duties as assignedRequired Knowledge Skills/Abilities: Outstanding work organization and time management skillsSolid problem solving / critical thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to function well in a fast-paced and (at times) stressful environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or GED CertificateAdministrative, clerical, and customer service experience requiredAdvanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability and willingness to learn new systems quickly and use technology effectivelyA two-year or four-year degree in an IT-related area and/or certifications are a plusPhysical Requirements: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
