Profile IT Analyst •Gather and validate all required appropriate information needed for issue resolution. •Correct user issues including installing and upgrading software and configuring systems and applications. •Recognize when issues should be escalated to an appropriately experienced technician. •Record, track, and document the problem-solving process to create a knowledge base for future issue resolution. •Continuous learning of software upgrades, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution. •Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization. •Perform self-directed quality assurance testing to verify issues worked are adequately resolved. •Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests. •Two (2) year college degree in computer science or information technology systems required. •Must be able to troubleshoot technology related issues with hardware and software. •Must understand Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), TAP, Wi-Fi, cellular connection, bus cameras, emergency radios, GPS/AVL technology, and Drive Cam. •Knowledge of basis computer hardware and HP printers. •Experience with desktop operating systems, especially Windows XP/Vista/7. •Extensive application experience and ability to troubleshoot MS Office Suite - version 2003/2007/2010. •Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives. •Exceptional written and oral communication skills; strong documentation skills. •Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills. •Must be goal-oriented, display positive attitude, and ability to quickly react to changing business demands, aggressive deadlines, and demanding hours in a fast-paced environment. •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and explain solutions to non-technical users in a concise manner. •Ability to analyze and interpret data. •Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner. •Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel •Ability to prioritize and work independently to handle multiple projects and tasks. •Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure. •Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties. •Flexibility, Can-Do attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service are essential requirements. •A+, Microsoft certifications highly desirable Benefits We offer competitive compensation and benefits (which vary based on role, location, and business), including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid holiday/vacation.
