As an IT Analyst, a typical day might include the following: - Designing, implementing, researching, securing and supporting enterprise systems.
- Identifying and mitigating risks inherent in IT systems.
- Monitoring, improving, troubleshooting and performing capacity planning for systems.
- Supporting and troubleshooting complex user requests.
- Planning and managing projects. Creating and maintaining concise and thorough IT documentation.
This job might be for you if you:- Have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in an IT environment
- Have 2+ years of related experience in a technical environment
- Have knowledge of IT methods, practices, procedures, and policies
- Have experience automating processes for Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code
- Have a desire for life-long learning to maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving technologies
- Have experience teaching and mentoring IT interns and associates
- Embraces dynamic, fast-paced environments; adapts well to rapid change
- Have the ability to participate in after hours on call rotation
- Practice absolute confidentiality and unquestionable ethics
- Have excellent customer service commitment
- Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications- Technical background and knowledge of manufacturing and/or engineering processes
- Ability to meet Motor Vehicle Report Qualification Standards of SEL
- Experience using programming languages and script writing

Pay Range DataAssociate IT Analyst: $54,500 - $81,700, IT Analyst: $60,800 - $95,000 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
