Experience working on healthcare-related IT projects is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of remote and in-office work. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and other IT professionals. Ensure team members are clear on tasks, deadlines, and project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that all projects are completed with minimal disruption.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project completion within budget and timeline.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in IT. Experience with healthcare-related IT projects is a plus.
- Project Management Certification: PMP, CAPM, or relevant certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
