Job Description:
As an IT Area Lead, you will be responsible for the IT Delivery & Support of solutions deployed across multiple countries, focusing on the Portals and APIs that are used for Originations, Account Management and Partner Integrations.. Your role will blend leadership with hands-on technical involvement, particularly in a full-stack environment that leverages Node.js, React, and various database systems including MongoDB, Oracle, and SQL Server. Working within an Agile Operating Model, you will collaborate closely with business counterparts, IT Architects, and your technical team to ensure high-quality delivery and support of IT solutions. Your leadership will ensure compliance with agreed-upon XLA's / SLA's, IT Policies, and Processes, while managing a team of in-house and contracted IT resources.The IT Area Lead will work closely together with the Area Lead on the business side and the IT Architect to ensure optimal & qualitative IT Delivery & Support, Process Standardization and Process Optimization and Application Rationalization.Find out more here about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL!Day to DayTechnical Leadership & Hands-On Involvement:Lead by example, actively participating in the design, development, and testing of IT solutions, specifically focusing on:Frontend: React.js portalsBackend: Node.js API servers using ExpressDatabases: MongoDB for primary data orchestration, Oracle, and SQL Server for other related services using Sequelize or direct connections.Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's technical skills.Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards and encourage best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring your team develops strong problem-solving skills.Workforce Planning & Team Capability DevelopmentMaintain an overview on the workload of the team in order to create a Workforce Planning for part of the Delivery Team.Coach and mentor team members regarding theirpersonal development to ensure required capabilities in the (Delivery) team are available. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies.
