Pay rate: $35/hr -$40/hr

Job Description:

Job Title: IT Business Analyst (Healthcare)

• We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with healthcare experience to join our team in Nashville, TN.
• This is a full-time, onsite position with no flexibility for remote work - may need to attend an in-person interview.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements within healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid) processes.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Use Visio, Excel, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies to manage projects and communicate findings.
• Review and provide feedback on test plans, project plans, and other documentation.

Experience:

• Bachelors degree and Minimum 4 years in IT business analysis, preferably in healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid).

Preferred Certifications:

• SAFe Scaled Agile Certification.
• CBAP or continuous learning in Business Analysis.
