Description Who We Are SourceAmerica is searching for an IT Business Analyst to join its team, focused on process analysis, process improvement and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365 at SourceAmerica. This individual participates in all Digital Transformation development projects by resolving business and system conflicts in components of Dynamics 365 (D365). The role works collaboratively with the IT Business Analysts and Directors, Digital Transformation Initiative (DTI) team members, and Business Unit leaders to develop and implement any technical specifications pertaining to the needs of the organization. This individual also evaluates the Dynamics 365 Roadmap to ensure proper industry standards and best practices are properly applied and implemented. In addition, also assists the development team by providing support during the deployment phase of the Digital Transformation project, if necessary. This individual will continue to provide support and collaboration in further development and enhancements within Dynamics 365. This position helps connect our network of over 575 Non-Profit agencies with federal procurement opportunities across the United States Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) perform service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 33,000 people with disabilities nationally . Due to the requirements of this position the ideal candidate must be based near SourceAmerica's National Office in Vienna, VA (greater-Washington, DC metro area) in a hybrid role model. What You Will Do As an IT Business Analyst, your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview. Participate in Dynamics 365 development by resolving business processes and data conflicts arising from the business unit needs within the solution. Elicit and document business requirements for application delivery projects. Ensure requirements deliverables meet standards. Ensure requirements satisfy stated business objectives. Assess design implications of new requirements and be able to communicate this information to all affected groups for them to determine how the design implications impact their functional area. Liase between business users and technical team to ensure ongoing alignment and issue resolution. Also, coordinate regular status updates to business owners throughout projects. Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise. Salary Range The salary for this position falls in a range between $110,000 to $120,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States. What You Will Need Associate's degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement. 5 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst. Hands-on experience with business process mapping, workflow implementation, and workflow automation. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Experience in full software life-cycle implementation, upgrades, production support, rollout, and enhancement from business analysis, testing, migration, go-live assistance till post-implementation support. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution. 7 years of relevant work experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and/or Finance and Operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem solving with root cause analysis experience. Experience working with an agile/scrum implementation methodology. Experience with user stories, process maps, user journey maps and similar tools. We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes— experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.
