The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating custom reports within the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) system to meet the organization's specific needs. This role requires a strong understanding of WFM processes and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable reports.Responsibilities:Design and develop custom reports within the UKG Pro WFM systemWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reports meet business needsAnalyze data and provide insights to drive decision-makingMaintain and update existing reports as neededProvide training and support to end-users on report usageQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 5 years of experience working on in-app report building within UKG Pro WFM systemStrong knowledge of SQL and report writing toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSkills:Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM system (well versed with UKG Tables and System)Advanced SQL skillsExperience with report writing tools such as Crystal Reports or SSRSStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIdeal candidate will have these technical skills:UKG Pro Reporting Tools: Proficiency in tools like UKG Pro's Reporting Studio, including the ability to create and customize reports.Report Scheduling and Automation: Experience with scheduling reports and automating data delivery processes within UKG.SQL Expertise: Strong command of SQL for querying databases, creating complex queries, and optimizing report performance.Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI) to present data insights effectively.Data Integration: Knowledge of how to integrate data from various sources, ensuring comprehensive reporting.Data Warehousing Concepts: Understanding of data warehousing principles to ensure accurate data retrieval and reporting.API Knowledge: Familiarity with using APIs for pulling data from UKG systems or integrating with other applications.Database Management: Understanding of database concepts, including normalization and indexing, to enhance report generation efficiency.Testing and Validation Skills: Ability to perform testing and validation of reports to ensure data integrity and accuracyIf interested kindly share your resume at ...@collabera.com
