This role will involve providing critical support to our real estate investment operations and estate sale divisions, ensuring that data is accurately managed and that all IT-related issues are promptly resolved. The candidate should be a proactive problem solver with a desire to learn and grow within the organization. This position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting key business data analysis functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT support, be proficient in managing and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, and have experience in data analysis and platform administration.Duties and Responsibilities:Business Data Analysis and Project Management:
  • Lead higher-level data analysis tasks, focusing on platform migrations and complex analytical projects.
  • Act as the administrator for platforms such as Knack and Microsoft 365, overseeing the management and maintenance of data related to real estate investments and estate sales.
  • Manage the IT ticket process by establishing and maintaining an efficient ticketing system, coordinating with IT staff to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Support the Acquisition Managers by updating proof of funds, organizing investment committee data, and assisting with underwriting tasks, including QA analysis.IT Support and Hardware Management:
  • Provide daily IT support to end-users, addressing and resolving inquiries related to software or hardware usage.
  • Set up and configure new IT equipment, including mobile devices, laptops, desktops, Wi-Fi LAN connections, printers, and phones.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across all IT environments, including operating systems, networks, applications, and hardware.
  • Manage and support the installation and maintenance of printers, cameras, and security systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors for purchasing and onboarding new hardware.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of trouble tickets and solutions, ensuring timely resolution in adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Internal Customer Support and Systems Development:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal team members, acting as a support resource for various platforms including Microsoft 365, QuickBooks Time, Clover, Apple Business Manager, and Dropbox.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of CRM systems, building operational systems tailored to specific departmental needs.
  • Contribute to the automation of processes within estate sales, real estate investment, and corporate departments.
  • Manage systems user creation for onboarding and offboarding purposes.Mentorship and Team Collaboration:
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the Junior Data Analyst, ensuring their growth and development within the organization.
  • Delegate tasks and oversee the Junior Data Analyst's progress, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Required Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience with VPN configuration, support, and remote access technologies, and IT support, with specific expertise in software support and troubleshooting experience.
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Office 365, Outlook.
  • High degree of proficiency in Excel, with the ability to write formulas, create pivot tables, perform VLOOKUPs, and execute other advanced Excel functions.
  • Strong Familiarity with database management and IT ticket systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.Preferred Skills:
  • Three (3) or more years of verifiable experience with VPN configuration, support, and remote access technologies, and IT support, with specific expertise in software support and troubleshooting experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the use of macros and Visual Basic.
  • Knowledge of computer coding languages such as Python or HTML.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.Physical Requirements:
  • The position may require occasional travel to various locations within the region, as well as neighboring counties (10% or less).
  • Must be capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 30 lbs.
