Your Role
The Data & Analytics (D&A) team focuses enterprise-wide to partner with business stakeholders to apply the power of data & analytics to deliver new insights and data-driven solutions to accelerate business outcomes. Reporting to Sr. Manager of Care Delivery Analytics, the Medical Informatics Analyst, Consultant, is responsible for working with stakeholders across the enterprise to be their partner in achieving business objectives. The Principal Analyst will support data and analytics needs for population health, health equity, and partner with the business operations team in delivering reporting capabilities to internal stakeholders to monitor performance, demonstrate compliance to our regulators, and conduct analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness of interventions.
This critical analytics team collaborates with other analytical and business teams to deliver insights to power the business forward. This role requires not only analytical prowess but also a broad understanding of the health plan relationship and business levers to make impactful change. Being able to act as two-in-a-box with multiple business stakeholders is critical. You will be setting direction, managing against multiple competing deadlines, and driving change management.
This role must be adept at translating the business problem into an analytical approach, driving the team of analytics professionals, and bringing in other specialties from within the D&A team such as data engineering, visualization, predictive modeling, and data governance as appropriate. Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $118,800.00 to $178,200.00 for California.
