Overview
THE ROLE:
The IT Desktop Support Technician / Employee Technology Experience Technician II will work the hours of M-F 7:00am-3:30pm. This is an exciting opportunity onsite at our state of art facility in Memphis, TN. Will be providing broad scope of operational support which includes installs, moves, add, and change (IMAC) requests supporting the Desktop IT infrastructure in both office and warehouse environments. Employee Technology Experience Technicians also support events. Starting hourly rate is $23-$25.66/Hour plus yearly bonus potential and variety of benefits offered to eligible employees in the US.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
* Provides service and user support during maintenance checks or dispatches Diagnoses errors or technical problems and resolve accurate solutions Produces timely and detailed service reports Collects and analyzes performance data to provide technical assistance Provides technology support as needed for events Ties workflow to schedule Accurately documents solutions related to complex issues Builds workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for engineers, technicians,and customers Builds positive relationships with customers

Qualifications
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Skills:
* Customer-centric. Attention to detail, effective communicator Passionate about technology Ability to lift and move hardware Solid grasp of Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office Products Familiarity with desktop, laptops, mobile devices, printers or other devices Familiarity with Active Directory, ITIL Service Management and ticketing systems Work is onsite along with OT that may be required at timesCertificates / Training:
Experience required for Level I:
* 1+ years experience performing desktop / user support
Education: Bachelor's in Information Technology or additional 4 years of lieu degree
Certificates / Training Preferred:
CompTIA A+ or equivalent
