Our client in the technology industry is seeking an IT Engineer II to join their team. As an IT Engineer II, you will be part of the Information Technology department supporting the IT Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Manage and maintain secure server environments and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
Configure and manage network devices, including advanced firewalls, VPNs, and security gateways.
Continuously monitor and enhance the security of the organization's IT infrastructure.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, addressing any identified risks.
Develop and maintain incident response plans, leading investigations into security breaches.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is a plus.
Years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or cybersecurity roles.
Proficiency in server management (Windows and/or Linux), network configuration, and cloud platforms (e.g., Nutanix, Azure, Kaseya, Sentinel One).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and experience with security tools.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or CISM are strongly preferred.
