1. Evaluates user's needs and requests for information systems relative to current systems and available technologies and applications.2. Participates in training offered on assigned applications, develops expert understanding of application functionality3. Collaborate with the rest of the team on testing (unit, functional and integrated)4. Serve as liaison with user departments in resolving system/application issues5. Assist team efforts with implementing system enhancements and upgrades 6. Evaluates problem situations in depth, arrives at independent conclusions and coordinates problem resolution for issues related to information systems use and implementation within the department, among departments and disciplines, with medical staff and outside vendors.7. Evaluates processes as requested and recommends re-engineering around utilization of computerized applications to maximize departmental and organizational efficiency and effectiveness8. Provides ongoing analysis, maintenance and technical and functional support for information systems throughout the organization. Identify system deficiencies and analyze system problems and solutions. Independently comes to conclusions and implements corrective action.9. Participates in routine System software migration and upgrade processes.10. Assists colleagues with troubleshooting issues and offers guidance with projects11. Assists with Epic Nova notes reviews, build tasks, integrated testing, training, ticket resolution, upgrades, downtime assistance, etc...12. Remains abreast of new developments in the area of healthcare, healthcare information systems and staff education by participating in continuing education programs/conferences and by review of the literature and periodicals.13. License(s) Required: N/AExperience/Skills Required- Preferably two years' experience in a health care related field with two years' experience in information technology management of clinical systems required.
- Solid understanding of hospital operations and workflow
- Experience with Epic including certifications for Hospital Billing and Claims and/or other relevant Epic certifications
- Good written, verbal and organizational skills with strong analytical, problem solving, planning and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed to work within a team and/or work independently.

- Good English verbal and writing skills
- Ability to cope with the demands of a dynamic workload
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point)
