Your skills
* Confidence and capability to operate independently on client sites
* Confidence in addressing break/fix issues - typically supporting PCs, Printers and MFP devices
* Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems.
* Detect faults and providing efficient and effective solutions
* Be able to handle device installations (HP equipment) and deployments.
* Hands & Eyes Support
* Asset management & coordination
* Willingness to drive to multiple client sites per day.
Your tasks
Our IT Field Service Break-Fix Technicians are a pivotal role in our organisation.
Supporting one of our largest and longest partners, HP, we provide break/fix support for a huge variety of users - this could be laptop, desktop, even printers (we can provide the training on this).
Operating mainly within the Austin, TX area, you will join a small time of like-minded and highly skilled engineers able to diagnose and fix a wide range of HP equipment.
No 2 days are the same, visiting various customers throughout the day, big or small - all dealt with professionally, pragmatically and above all, leaving the user up&running - a job well done!
You are assigned a region in which they operate - designed so that we as an organisation are sucessful in ensuring that everyone is able to reach home and family each night in good time to truly appreciate a strong home/work balance.
