Key Responsibilities: Supporting users onsite through Help Desk using salesforce for the ticketing systems, unblocking users and methodical trouble shooting Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains,upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups. Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills; Ticketing, Salesforce & Hardware Experience Strong communication and customer-service skills. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Basic problem-solving and analysis skills. Associate's degree, Computer Science Degree or its equivalent in the field or a related area preferred.
