This position is responsible for ensuring that all healthcare IT systems and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently, and that any issues are resolved in a timely, efficient, and effective manner to support patient care.Job Requirements* Education* Preferred: Associates degree in healthcare information technology, information technology, related field.* Experience* Required: 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT support, healthcare operations, education, or related field OR Associates degree in healthcare information technology, information technology, related field.* Skills* Basic knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulations* Good problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to provide friendly, patient, and effective support to end-users.* Ability to work in a team environment.* Effectively troubleshoots end user issues, both technical and application, and escalates to additional resources as needed.* Licensure/Certification/Registration* N/AIT Field Support Specialist II:* Job Summary* The Healthcare IT Field Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and workflows support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for clinicians.
