IT Help Desk Associate Tryko Partners is a real estate investment group owning healthcare facilities & multifamily properties. We are currently seeking a qualified IT Help Desk Associate. Full time 9am-5pmAbout the Position: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Level 1 IT Help Desk associate. In this role, you will provide in-person and remote support for our users. Your primary objective is to assist end users with their technical issues in a responsible and supportive manner. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Primary Responsibilities: •Provide first-level support for Help Desk service requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution of technology-related issues, including desktop PC's, Laptops, printers, email and third-party software. •Offer basic Windows support, addressing connectivity, firewalls, and security concerns.•Implement and support basic remote access solutions such as VPN, Remote Desktop.•Maintain and update system documentation.•Communicate professionally with end users, providing exceptional service and support.Job Qualifications:•Basic understanding of troubleshooting systems.•Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, active listening, and a user-centric approach.•Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide efficient solutions.•Excellent multitasking skills and adaptability to face paced environment.•Quick learning ability for new software •Self-motivated with a sense of responsibility.Position requires ability to move and lift Desktop PC's and monitors.New graduates welcomeGreat office atmosphere with positive work-life balance.
