Position Summary: This position is fully responsible for the day-to-day support of all PPHP computer system users including staff, volunteers, interns, board members and others, as assigned. Position reports to Manager, IT Systems.Essential Functions:Primary end user support contact for desktops, laptops, printers and other devices supported by IT.End user support of various applications including but not limited to Office 365, eClinicalWorks.Resolve end user requests in a timely manner by meeting service level agreements.Coordinate and help expedite and resolve IT HDR requests as directed by Manager, IT Systems.Perform post-resolution follow up with end users.Travel when necessary to fix hardware issues.Deploy new desktops, printers and other equipment to all locations.Maintain accurate inventory of all desktops, laptops and printers.Provide after-hours support as needed, including evenings and weekends.Perform other duties, as assigned by the Manager, IT Systems.Non-Essential Functions:Suggest workflow improvements and processes to management and work collaboratively with members of the department.Serve and contribute to PPHP work groups and committees, as appropriate.Regularly check personal PPHP email account for important affiliate-related communications, at least every 24 hours.Qualifications: Experience, Education and LicensureMinimum of three or more years' experience in IT support.Associate degree, or equivalent professional experience in IT support.Certifications from Microsoft or CompTIA preferred.Ability to lift or move PCs, printers and related equipment.Ability to travel between Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland counties or other locations, as needed with own transportation.Excellent troubleshooting skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize work at hand.Ability to work flexible hours, if needed.Ability to work with users at all levels.Commitment to the goals of Planned Parenthood.The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job posting and may be modified in the future.
