Job: IT Help Desk Support SpecialistLocation: Beloit, WI (onsite)Hourly Rate: $25-26 hour + benefitsW2 direct hireSpherion's client in Beloit, WI is looking to add an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to their team! This position will pay $24-26/hour depending on experience and will be onsite in Beloit, WI. This position is open due to internal growth in the company. This position is a W2 full-time role with benefits from our client.Preferred/Required Skills:-Experience with infrastructure troubleshooting-Experience with troubleshooting VPNs, servers, O365, and ticketing systems-Respond to inquiries, providing technical information through various communication mediums.1-3 years of desktop computer support1-3 years of relevant work experience with Windows 10 and Windows Server-Experience and knowledge of computer networks, security, and storage-Experience with Microsoft Active Directory-CompTIA A+ CertificationIf you are interested, please apply directly!
