Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Systems Monitoring Specialist to join our Global Technical Support team. In this role, you will monitor alerts from our connected devices, providing Tier 1 support to diagnose and resolve issues promptly. You will collaborate closely with our Customer Experience Team to ensure seamless service delivery, manage case queues, and maintain accurate reporting. Your problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Monitor system alerts and provide timely Tier 1 support for troubleshooting.
+ Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to escalate issues as needed.
+ Manage case queues and generate reports to track resolution timelines.
+ Train and support team members on monitoring systems and procedures.
+ Maintain clear and professional communication with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 years of experience in systems monitoring or customer support, preferably in IT/security systems.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
