As the first point of contact for internal users, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This position is located out of the corporate office in Cozad, Nebraska.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Respond to inquiries and service requests via phone, email, or in-person, delivering excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate team.
- Document and track support requests, resolutions, and hardware /software inventory.
- Collaborate wit other I professional to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance troubleshooting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Professional or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment
- Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tool.(Auto task experience a plus.)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) is a plus.
