At the crossroads of technology and relationships... sits the Help Desk.In this role you'll provide internal Tier I support resolving questions about hardware, software, and networking, including our internal network and our core banking system (FISERV). You'll install and upgrade software, install hardware, and configure systems and applications. This is a VERY compliance-driven, security-conscious environment!You'll also track incoming electronic tickets for the department - prioritizing, scheduling resolving, and/or escalating them to the appropriate technician. There's so much more for you, too. You'd also get to track SLA performance statistics, inventory management, and report on other IT Department's metrics. Plenty of team and project work, both major and minor.That all sounds really....TECHNICAL, and it is. - Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of FISERV core banking or other bank software and systems preferred
- Knowledge of bank processes and procedures preferred
This is a 40 hour a week, full time position, Monday-Friday. It also requires being on-call rotating Saturday mornings from 8-1.
