The IT Help Desk Technician implements and maintains the Information Technology Help Desk Program of the hospital's Information Technology department. Utilizes work order system for support and to maintain and P.M. the computer hardware. The job will entail access to confidential information such as patient health information (PHI). Must demonstrate ethical behavior and respect for security and privacy. Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!Requirements:40 hours per week - First ShiftMonday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pmHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to install and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 operating system, Office 365, and other business applications as well as end-user computers and peripheralsDemonstrate well-rounded customer service and communication skillsPython Scripting and/or Linux Scripting is desirable
