Job Summary:
Human-I-T is seeking a dedicated Product Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team, focusing on the meticulous processing and distribution of technology products across the nation. This role is central to ensuring that all devices meet our rigorous standards for quality and performance prior to shipment. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, skillfully managing multiple tasks from technology auditing to device preparation and packaging.
This position is located in a secure, NAID AAA certified and ISO certified facility, ensuring the highest standards of data security and operational integrity. As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment, all new hires are required to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to their start date, as well as not being allowed to have their cell phones with them on the warehouse floor. Additionally, to ensure the safety of our team, employees must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, which will be provided at no cost. Our active warehouse setting presents inherent risks such as equipment operation, material handling, and the need for constant vigilance to prevent accidents.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Device Preparation
* Provide technical support for hardware and software, setting up desktops, peripherals, and configuring user accounts with secure access levels
* Allocate and prepare devices to meet partner specifications, ensuring all software and configurations are correct for delivery
Auditing & Quality Assurance
* Conduct quality and performance audits on incoming technology, identifying issues early to prevent faulty products from being distributed
* Document findings, work with procurement to address quality issues, and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Request Handling & Device Allocation
* Accurately review hardware requests, monitor tracking systems, and allocate devices to meet shipping deadlines
* Collaborate with the Shipping team to package and dispatch devices professionally, ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries
Security, System Maintenance & Upgrades
* Perform regular security checks and manage user accounts to keep systems secure
* Research and recommend system upgrades, manage equipment inventory, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues
Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Support
* Work closely with other teams to address technical issues, handle packaging, and support fluctuating organizational demands
* Prepare marketing materials, setup guides, and assist as needed to enhance user experience and maintain smooth operations

* Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment
* Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset and an enthusiasm for using technology to make a positive impact
* Proficiency in communication and organization, especially within digital collaboration tools like Slack and Asana
* Familiarity with software imaging, hardware troubleshooting, and quality auditing processes
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy best practices
* Ability to adapt to new technologies and work effectively within a diverse, remote, or hybrid team environment
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
