Additional responsibilities include helping to create and update documentation such as procedures and manuals, and working with the team to ensure systems run smoothly and securely. Building good working relationships with IT professionals across the college is important for success in this role.Required Qualifications•Demonstrated experience in the IT industry, which can include internships or entry-level positions.•Documented use and knowledge of IT security best practices and standards.•Demonstrated history with providing support for one or more operating systems, such as Windows, Mac and Linux.•Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.•Strong communication and organizational abilities•Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Preferred Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
