Job Description Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist Job Overview: The IT Infrastructure Support Specialist will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure across multiple warehouse locations. This position requires a proactive approach to monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting the technology systems across up to six facilities, with some travel required to ensure effective service delivery. The role will also involve collaboration with external vendors to manage hardware supply and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Document and design IT infrastructure to ensure it is scalable and adaptable to future needs.
- Implement strategies to ensure Business Continuity and minimize disruptions to critical business operations.
- Provide support for occasional after-hours requests, as needed.
- Manage the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of physical devices, including PCs, mobile devices, printers, access points, VOIP phones, and other endpoints.
- Collaborate with corporate headquarters to align on enterprise-level IT solutions and services.
- Provide support and maintenance for network security systems, including firewalls, switches, and VLAN configurations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for the planning, installation, and upkeep of hardware and infrastructure at warehouse locations.
- Assist headquarters with user support and system monitoring activities, ensuring operational continuity across all locations.
