This Infrastructure Leader will play a key role in ensuring optimal performance, scalability and security of the Infrastructure environment. This position has heavy interaction with high level business customers and global Infrastructure team. You are responsible for managing, motivating and mentoring a small Infrastructure team, fostering a collaborative and achievement driven culture. The corporation is looking for someone that understands and practices IT delivery as a holistic service. The ideal candidate should have a track record of success making informed and timely decisions, considering the potential risks, impact and returns on the business and IT infrastructure. Manage Infrastructure budget, lead the modernization and evolution of companies Infrastructure environment!Requirements:10+ years of technical infrastructure experience & 5+ years of experience in a team management roleSound technical knowledge and demonstrable experiences of IT infrastructure components, including systems, networks, storage, and cloud servicesAny certifications such as CCNA/P, Palo Alto, Azure Networking Associate, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, COBIT, CISSP would be a major plusMust have Service management experience, ITIL Foundation experience requiredDemonstrable experiences in leading and building an ITSM oriented teamSolid Project Management experience, experience managing complex Infrastructure projects, PMP/CSM certification would be a major plusAbility to speak Mandarin is a big plus!
