Job SummaryThe IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing our organization's IT infrastructure team(s),including designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing Cirrus IT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
  • Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure maintenance & projects to support business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of new technology initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain IT infrastructure policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and security best practices.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the resilience of IT infrastructure in the event of a disaster or outage.
  • Oversee the maintenance and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, storage systems, and software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain the security of the IT infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with IT infrastructure service providers.
  • Responsible for continuous delivery of on/off-premises infrastructure services, 24/7
  • Champion process maturity by leading change management activities for technical teams to ensure compliance to all departmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensure operational and technical support is provided to meet/exceed established service level objectives for all assigned infrastructure services.
  • Establish vendor relationships, negotiate agreements, and hold vendors accountable to milestones and quality delivery.
  • Lead infrastructure-related change management initiatives.
  • Measure and monitor infrastructure performance.
  • Lead planning, selection, and procurement of assigned technology and services.
  • Participate in the implementation of IT and business projects; review projects and resource requests; coordinate schedules and activities to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and delivered solutions meet identified requirements.
  • Successfully plan, budget and manage CapEx and OpEx funds.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8 + years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and managing enterprise grade infrastructure solutions/services.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with five or more team members, direct managerial experience is preferred.
  • Relevant industry and/or vendor certifications will be considered a plus.
  • Expert-level knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as server, storage, networking, wireless and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Strong Cloud Infrastructure experience within Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
