Job Description:

As Integration and Omnichannel specialist, you will oversee the integration between a variety of systems composing the Armani internal ecosystem and external partners, leveraging current integration capabilities and proposing new methods and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must have extensive experience with ERP (SAP) and WMS systems.
  • Must have experience going on site to help train end users on various systems (i.e. SAP)
  • Must have experience with EDI GIS integration
  • Has tested and documented Warehouse Management System for bugs, E-Commerce, and worked closely with consultants to report findings regarding systems upgrade.
  • Knowledge in modern AWS API integration, MACH platform Microservices, API, Cloud-first, Headless services
  • Must have developed queries, stored procedures, and views in today/SQL systems to use for dashboards and tables, SAP BI, Power BI, Salesforce CRM/Tableau.
  • Work with customers, developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to elicit system requirements
  • Manage critical information flow between Armani ecosystem, including but not limited to items, UPCs, documents across multiple cross channel systems.
  • Manage inbound and outbound feeds containing product information and finished/outbound products.
  • Work with local and Global HQ teams to architect, design, build and implement applications integration.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for troubleshooting issues.
  • Develop appropriate monitoringalerting strategy to promptly intercept and manage data flow issues.

Required Skills

  • 3-5+ years of development experience.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science
  • Prior experience working with ERbP (SAP) or Supply Chain solutions.
  • Strong familiarity with agile software development practices and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience of integration RESTFUL, or SOAP, as well as experience writing fault-tolerant code.
  • Experience with ESB middleware systems (IBM Sterling preferred)
  • Experience with major cloud provided (AWS, GCP)
  • Experience in Digital Transformation Projects
  • Agile certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent)
  • Experience in luxury/fashion industry
  • Annual potential salary range is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 based on experience.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. This position is located at our Giorgio Armani Corporate Office in NYC and offers the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
