Steel Dynamics seeks a self-directed Junior or Senior IT intern with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and industry experts

- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Gather requirements, design, and implement solutions.
Qualifications:

- Junior/Senior
- Majoring in Computer Science
- Minimum GPA 3.5
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must be able to work onsite
- Must have passed database class prior to applying for internship
- Database experience is preferred. Oracle or MSSQL
- Familiar with C# or Java
- Familiar with computer hardware
